Legal assistance to internally displaced persons (idpS)
Legal assistance to internally displaced persons (hereinafter – IDPs) and capacity building of communities on the Southern Ukraine.
Geographical scope of the project:
Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kropyvnytskiy (cities, district centers, rural areas).
Primary activities:
- Free legal aid to IDPs.
- Counselling on the issues related to the IDP status
- Representation in courts on particular civil cases.
- Promotion of development of the IDPs initiatives and NGOs working with the IDPs
- Training events;
- Informing about relevant IDP support programs.
- Other forms of cooperation
- Raising legal awareness by conducting events and group counselling with the IDPs
- Advocacy
